Brian, founder of RETE , was born and raised in southern Idaho. He earned his Bachelors and Masters of Science Accountancy from Boise State University. He and his wife, Stephanie, have four children whom they love and adore. They spend their time seeking outdoor adventures whenever possible.

In 2014, he returned to Idaho with a focus on multifamily repositioning projects and real estate brokerage. He joined RETE in 2023 to help with business development and management. He played a key role in scaling Sunpro Solar into the second-largest residential solar company in the U.S.. His leadership in developing and overseeing the company’s national sales training program was instrumental in building the high-performing teams that fueled Sunpro’s explosive growth and eventual acquisition by ADT Solar.
Throughout his solar career, Miles built and led high-performing teams, developed scalable sales training and leadership programs, and optimized processes that drove revenue growth and improved customer experience.
